Hi!

Here is a blurb for the scones picture:

We have been making traditional scones, a delicious savoury dish best
enjoyed with jam. Scones are eaten on their own, or as part of Afternoon
Tea all over the UK. Scones are often accompanied with tea, to make for
a refreshing snack!

I hope it's OK!

Jess

* Add 450g flour, 24g baking powder, and 50g sugar to a bowl.
* Cut 100g butter into small pieces.
* Rub the butter into the flour mix with your fingertips, until it
looks like breadcrumbs.
* Crack 2 eggs into a measuring jug. Add milk until the total is 300ml.
Mix together.
* Stir the egg and milk into the flour to make a dough. You may not
need all the egg and milk!
* Knead the dough.
* Spread flour on a cutting board. Roll out the dough to a 2cm thick
rectangle.
* Cut out as many 5cm circles as you can from the dough. Places on a
baking tray.
