　12月26日火曜日，徳島大学COC+R事業「実践型インターンシップ」の学生が計画したツアーが開催されました。地域が抱える問題を知り，自分事として捉え，解決に向けて行動できるよう計画されました。訪問する先は，観光地でも有名人でもなく，地域のリアルでローカルな部分です。地元の方や地域おこし協力隊の方にも話を聞く事ができました。

　移動中のバスの車内では徳大生がバディとなり，問題に対し多角的な視点で考える事，大学での専攻分野，なぜこのインターンシップに参加しているかなど，多くの話し合いがなされました。このツアーを踏まえ，多角的な視点を持って，どう行動に移していくかが試されます。｢総合的な探究の時間｣をはじめとした那賀高校の種々の活動において，ツアーに参加した生徒達がリーダーとなって牽引していく事を期待しています。

    On Tuesday, December 26th, the "Practical Internship" tour organized by Tokushima University's COC+R project took place. The tour was planned by students to gain an understanding of the issues facing the region, to perceive them as personal challenges, and to take action towards resolution. The destinations visited were not famous tourist spots or renowned figures but focused on the authentic and local aspects of the community. The students had the opportunity to engage with local residents and members of the regional revitalization kokecooperation team.

    During the bus journey, Tokushima University students paired up as buddies, engaging in discussions on approaching problems from various perspectives, their academic majors, and their motivations for participating in this internship. Based on this tour experience, the challenge lies in translating these multifaceted perspectives into action. It is expected that students who participated in the tour will take on leadership roles and guide various activities at Naka High School, including "Comprehensive Inquiry Time." We anticipate these students to lead and inspire, drawing upon the diverse perspectives gained from the tour.

    在12月26日星期二，德島大學COC+R計畫組織的「實踐型實習」遊學活動成功舉辦。這次遊學由學生策劃，旨在深入了解該地區面臨的問題，將其視為個人挑戰，並採取行動解決。所參訪的地點並非著名的旅遊勝地或知名人物，而是聚焦於社區的真實和本地特色。學生有機會與當地居民以及區域振興協作團隊成員互動。

     在巴士旅途中，德島大學的學生搭擋成雙，參與討論從不同角度解決問題的方法，他們的專業領域，以及參與此實習的動機。根據這次遊學的經驗，挑戰在於將這些多元的觀點轉化為實際行動。預期參與遊學的學生將擔任領導角色，引領那賀高中的各種活動，包括「綜合探究時間」。我們期待這些學生能以遊學所得的多元觀點帶領並激發他人。

※実践型インターンシップとは、学生が学んだ理論や知識を実践的な経験として得るためのインターンシップ形式です。

"Practical internship" is a form of internship where students gain practical experience applying the theories and knowledge they have learned in a real-world context.

"實習型實習" 是一種實習形式，學生透過在實際場境中應用所學的理論和知識來獲得實用經驗

　12月12日，台湾から新化高級中學の方々が来校し，本校と交流を図りました。交流会の中で，｢地方創生｣をテーマにパネルディスカッションを実施しました。学校がある新化地域の現状をプレゼンしていただきました。限られた時間の中ではありましたが，那賀地域との比較により，違いや共通点も見えてきました。生徒達はもっと議論したかったと，不完全燃焼の様子でした。今後，英語を介しての持続的な｢地方創生｣交流に意欲を示しています。

      On December 12th, students from Shinhua Senior High School in Taiwan visited our school, and we engaged in an exchange program. During the exchange event, we conducted a panel discussion on the theme of "regional revitalization." They presented the current situation of the Shinhua region where their school is located. Although time was limited, through a comparison with the Naka region, we were able to identify differences and commonalities. The students expressed a desire for more discussion and seemed eager for ongoing "regional revitalization" exchanges through the medium of English.

　12月12日，來自台灣新化高級中學的學生們參訪了我們的學校，我們進行了一場交流活動。在這次交流活動中，我們進行了以「地方振興」為主題的座談會。他們介紹了他們學校所在的新化地區的現狀。雖然時間有限，透過與那賀地區的比較，我們能夠找出差異和共通點。學生們表達了對進一步討論的渴望，並顯得渴望透過英語進行持續的「地方振興」交流。

　12月3日，日曜日。木頭産業文化祭で活動ポスターや徳島大学生との実践型インターンシップの様子を展示してきました。大学生連や殿様連による阿波踊り，地域おこし協力隊の活動報告，産直市など，エネルギーに溢れた文化祭でした。

　また，地域の方々に話を聞く中で，那賀町への思いなどのアンケートもとらせていただきました。話を聞かせていただいた皆さんが，高校生のような若者と話すだけでも元気をもらえる，とおっしゃっていました。生徒達も直接その言　葉を聞き，今後の活動へのモチベーションが高まっているようでした。現地に出向かなければ分からない，住民のリアルな言葉を聞くことが出来た貴重な機会となりました。

12月26日には徳島大学生との共同企画である那賀町木頭地区ツアーを予定しています。

      On December 3rd, Sunday, I exhibited activity posters and scenes from practical internships with students from Tokushima University at the Mokuto Industry Cultural Festival. The festival was vibrant with events such as Awa Odori by university and feudal lord dance groups, activity reports from regional revitalization teams, and a local products market.

During conversations with local residents, we also conducted surveys to understand their feelings towards Naka Town. Many of those who shared their thoughts mentioned that just talking with young people like high school students could lift their spirits. The students, having directly heard these words, seemed to have their motivation boosted for future activities. It was a valuable opportunity to hear the real words of the residents, something that can only be understood by going to the actual location.

　　12月3日（星期日），我在木頭產業文化節上展示了與德島大學學生一起進行的實習活動海報和實地實習的場景。文化節充滿活力，有大學和封建領主舞蹈團的阿波踊り，地區振興團隊的活動報告，以及一個地方產品市場等活動。

在與當地居民的對話中，我們還進行了調查，以了解他們對那賀町的感受。許多分享想法的人提到，與像高中生這樣的年輕人交談只是聊天就能提升他們的心情。學生們聽到這些話後，似乎對未來的活動充滿了動力。這是一個寶貴的機會，能夠聽到居民真實的言論，這是只有親身到實際地點才能理解的事情。
